Review nutraderm lotion for psoriasis patient/nurse on duty

i would like to give a review on your item, the nutraderm lotion. i have been a psoriasis patient for 6 yrs and your product is the only lotion that my skin accepts.
being a nurse in the midst of this covid-19 crisis have only given me flare ups and itchy days. and what scares me more is the idea that i can not fully handle my patients since i have open small wound because of the psoriasis. i wish that your product would have been more accesible for people such as myself since youve created a wonderful and helpful one. or if you will allow it, can i buy the item directly from your production site?.
