Review No connections

JUly 6, 2020 , I went to MLhullier Indang Branch, to get the money paid to me. It was 4:40 pm , the lady in the counter, the one in the right said that they have no network connection. I may be wrong
but I think they dont want to proceed with the service. This is a violation of their permit, "Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity", or they should change their operating hours not until 5 pm if they didnt want to serve their customers.
