Review Superbly and incredibly slow delivery

Everytime Lazada or any platform uses LBC as a a courier of my purchase items there is a fear plays on my mind that it would be again a long overdue beyond the expected delivery date. Just on Monday, I went to this branch and eventually to their warehouse to pick-up my Lazada item. The warehouse men informed me that I'll just wait in our house and they will deliver that noon my item. I rely to their words but to my dismay there was no LBC delivery came to my house and until now it is almost a week elapsed. Please act into this matter.
