Their service is not good, they are government employees they have to be kind and it’s not right to say “pasalamat nga po kayo tinutulungan namin kayo”. I think thats very inappropriate and unprofessional. And also I asked them why they didn’t even mention online that after having biometrics we will have to wait for days just to claim the nbi clearance. And if you are a frontliner you can claim your clearance but you will have to wait for hours. Their replied to me was, “Oo nga mam e di nila sinasabi yun” like for real? Nbi un ave you must improve your services.
