TOOK OUT PAYMENT TWICE ON MY CARD- SAID ON THE APP THAT PAYMENT DIDNT GO THROUGH
I ordered drinks earlier today which cost 223 pesos and then it said on the app that my payment failed. So I tried again and it failed as well. I check my online banking and here I see that they were able to take it out.

WHEN WILL I GET A REFUND??? THE EMAIL YOU GUYS SENT ME WAS VERY VAGUE ON WHETHER I WOULD GET IT OR NOT.
Very dissatisfied with this.

Yeah I have the same concern too. I pay twice too cause I thought it was just a network error. The payment ddnt go through but why deducted our account? wtf? ????
