Review insulting costumer

in my experience just today i get money of my sister in cebuana binangonan infront of the market the teller was asking me if i get insurance and i said no cuz thats my sister husband money and she try to insult me she told me oh why there is a lots of people sending u money in different names in that was insulting me she dont know the people who sending me money my customer and my bf cuz i have a online shop of course they gonna send thier paymentt? so here is my question if u dont get insurance the stuff they need to insult u ??
