Suspicious Employee and worst Customer Service
I have been a long time customer with WU for years since 2011 to send money to my family back
Yesterday in the Philippines, for the first time, my mom encountered an unusual problem getting the money through this branch.
She was the very first customer that day to get in line to get the money I sent. But your employee where saying all this stupid, unreasonable things why she cannot get the money yet. First they said the Internet is not working. Second, they said the money I sent was already converted to peso, I always send in dollar amount. My poor mother kept on waiting and waiting. Then they said to leave her ID and the control # and just come back later. At this time, they already served two customers even though my mom was the first customer that day. This is really unacceptable and very disappointing.
