Review Bad customer service

I don’t recommend sending money to this location most especially before Christmas due to bad customer service, time consuming and very inconvenient. I sent the money since December 19 and it was deducted from my account right away but the problem is that my aunt could not receive the money due to funds not available at M. Lhuilier Bacarra, Ilocos Norte. And she was told to go back and pick up the money multi full times and it’s really inconvenient. Today, she tried to pick up the money and it’s still the same shit..
