I ordered 3 dishes and used GCASH to pay. One of the diahes amounting to 310 was cancelled since it was sold out.
I reported it to food panda an requested for refund. My request was denied. I emailed them explaining what happened and showed them screenshots of transactions and payment. They denied my request repeatedly saying that I am ineligible for refund?
It is my money that you took from my account. You did not give what I ordered. You’re stealing. This dood app should be kicked out of our country.
