Poor customer service and inefficient staffs
Poor customer service & ineffient staffs. Also poor internet connections. Contract & plan were incorrect.

Their staffs do not know their job. They keep asking each other of what to do next. Do not know how to answer related ? Unable to perform their task well.

We had to wait for almost a day (from 8am to 6:30pm) to wait for the docs to be printed & signed. They reason out that the bank has not yet forwarded pertinent docs. When in fact they chat & joke around leaving us waiting for the docs.

No OR/CR up to date. It has been almost 2months & upto date they do not have the OR/CR. They could not even inform their customers about it since they promised that the OR/CR will be available maximun a month. We have to always call them and they promise check and inform us but they do not reply back. Leaving us hanging.when we try to contact them again, they turn off the cp or hang their fone.

The motorcycle is not there, so we have to go to GMA to get it.
IMAGINE! the customer has to go to GMA to get the motorcycle.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS IMUS BRANCH near ROBINSONS PLACE.

Better to buy in motorcentral. Their staffs are friendly, accommodating & efficient. When we bought there last 2018, the docs & motorcycle were already ready. We were happy when we got home. Transaction was fast.
