Review Dismal Service

Sent documents to the UK ( before pandemic ), they came up with the following excuses for being unable to deliver
Fake address - It was not as local gov and international companies operated from there
No such building - sent nice photo of building clearly showing the building and number
No one there to sign for document - building has 24 hour service for document receiving.
Eventually ( 10 days later ) they gave it to DHL to deliver for them, 7 hours later it was delivered.

This is no courier company just a money grabbing entity.
