Review Poor customer service at your Silay Branch, Negros Occ

First of all i would like to say thanks to Citi hardware for completing all our house needs, why because almost what we have at home are from Citi Hardware. We loved shopping at Citi hardware because of the wide ranges and affordable prices.

But now after having this kind of poor customer service we should stop buying there. After buying many things from your store and having a excess items that we would like to return that has only exceeded 8days from your return policy we only asked for consideration as we don't need it anymore, and due to personal reason we cant return it on time. The branch manager said they cannot accept it and they need to call their boss to approved it? Waiting for almost two hours no clear response? What a poor customer service. And yet the items we are returning is most likely 1k only.
And addition to this on the same day we have plenty of items interested buying but because of this experience we left and end up not buying it.

We know that we are only one of your customer but loosing your regular customer is worst!!
