This staff was very rude Eduardo Y Garcia Jr He shouted and insulted me.Treat customers as humans.Please take actions to this person.As a valued customers provide customer satisfaction.Explain the rules in a friendly manner.Dont insult the person.To be a role model to his staffs.As a supervisor know to handle problems.It was really frusting.I don't want to go back on this branch ever.
