Review Bad customer service

I have been a loyal customer of the store but what gets my goat is that every time i have my items ready for pick up first hour in the morning the following day, I’m made to wait for nearly 30 minutes to claim them on that specified time! I noticed that the supervisor have some pep talks with the staff before the store opens yet the staff are still lousy when it comes customer service.
