Kindly reprimand your security guard at MLhuillier Dalaguete branch for being rude and arrogant to my sister who he denied entry after arriving 2 minutes before 5PM. If this is how you treat your valued customers, you will continue to lose your customer base to other pawnshop competitors. Please know that this unpleasant experience with your staff at MLhuillier Dalaguete is totally UNACCEPTABLE. It doesn’t mean we’re poor, you have the right to treat us like dogs.
