Raymond Omega 1st K2500 Sold Client of KIA Matina: waited over 3 days before releasing the unit as KIA Matina has no processing/releasing procedures and no KIA Matina documents for releasing the units..... NO systems in placed to do the tasks.... took 3 days to decide to Manualize all the processing..... and worst, they
followed SUZUKI procedures and processing..... KIA systems inferior to Suzuki?? They appear not ready to operate. then, WHY were they given the Dealership to
operate in Davao??? NO SHOWROOM, NO SERVICE SHOP, 2 SCs, NO admin support staff..... WHY appoint them as Dealer of KIA in DAVAO?
Only 2 Official KIA Sales Consultants, although according to a former GRM who resigned recently, a fellow manager and 3 SCs from Suzuki were forced to transfer to kia matina against their will by order of its president..... and RUSHING to hire 15 Sales Consultants now but no takers, no qualified yet..... Calling KIA Phils EXCECOM and Ayala Corp EXECOM..... Something is wrong, and its affecting the Branding and Quality Standards of KIA..... DO NOT BELIEVE. CHECK ASAP FOR YOURSELF.
