Review Ordering through your app is getting worse

First order took 3 hrs (few weeks ago). Merienda order ko, dinner dumating. Today I ordered for a bucket of munchkins. After 2hrs tumawag ang GDiaz brach on the way na. And that was 3hrs ago already! Everytime I ordered are all paid thru gcash. I see bad comments on fb about ordering from your app, and how SLOOOWW the deliveries are made or never makes it at all. I hope you are aware of this issue.
