The worst customer relations and after sales service ever!!!!!
Over a year ago I purchased an OMRON blood pressure monitor from Watsons in SM Olongapo. This gadget worked for a very short time before completely failing.
I returned it to the store well within the warranty period and they said they would send it to be repaired. I left it with them for 5 months before going to collect it, which I thought was ample time. When I went to the store to pick it up I was told that they could not get in contact with the repairer so nothing had been done.
I wrote several times to customer service but got absolutely no response. I now have an absolutely useless 4,000 peso useless piece of garbage.
Why would I ever shop at Watsons again, and I am sure that a cheap Monitor bought from Lazada would last a lot longer than a useless OMRON.
I hope that this helps people make a more informed choice in the future.
