Review Over delayed delivery (turning to 90 days)

This is my first time i sent my package to this cargo feb.24,2021 until now may 17,2021 not yet received in Catanduanes. i kept on calling in the customer service in Jeddah and Customer service in Riyadh. I found that Riyadh customer service is much more accommodating than the one here in Jeddah which is usually turning its mobile close. This only leaves a first and last impression that this shipping cargo is not that reliable to ship with. They gave me two mobile numbers of their trucking brabante which they told me that this trucking is responsible for delivering the stuff to every place including catanduanes which is my place but unfortunately my husband their told me both mobile # is incorrect. They said it will only take 60 days but in consideration of the lock-down that cause delays, but look until now its almost 90 days not yet received to think that there are essential stuff included there for my mothers medication. This will be my first and last deal with this cargo.
