Just sending this email to show you guys how rude and arrogant the person who did the CI for our application. He arrived at our address in less than 3-5 minutes and rushing us to finish off HIS job. First of all, we are the customer here second of all I am at work. He shouldn't be showing this kind of behavior in front of us. Regardless of what he will do next customers are always right, yes I know as I work in customer service. We felt harassed for what he did, asked everyone present at this time and you will see what kind of person he is. He didn't even say his name and to whom he is working. We even offered him water and welcomed him generously at OUR home.
He asked for my payslip and I said it was already forwarded to you and he said he is working for the bank so he won't see the file - with an arrogant tone. I told him that I have a soft copy that I can show him and then he agreed then when we wrap up the conversation he did not even bother to look at the payslip and called my supervisor asking for my salary which I believe is beyond irrelevant I’ve offered him the file already if you haven't known this yet, salary is confidential so this can't be shared by my supervisor in any way. After the conversation, he advised that the result is in 2-3 days then why is he messaging me now confirming the application is declined in less than 10hrs after we talked. I request another CI from a different person and if you could fire this person please do so. he is not the right one in this position.
