Review IM FRUSTRATED

I went to BPI located in N. Bacalso to claim my new card, what happened was it took a while. I meant it is pandemic and people inside are limited but for God's sake, they should atleast cover their tent because it was so hot. Wheni say hot, like lvl 9999xx million of hotness i felt waiting outside when in fact there were chairs available inside. RIDICULOUSSS!!! Xxxx!!!!!‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I WISH I CAN GIVE NI STAAAAR!!! Im generous enough to give a star
