Review Slow Release of Official Receipt

We paid for the interment on May 7, 2021. We still don't have the Official receipt as of this day. They keep saying because it was paid online. But it was paid under Peak Development. I am not sure why the interment details was not passed on to the main office in order to have all deposit and details match so this won't take too long.
