Review Request for High Tension Wire Cover

We would like to request for a cover of the high tension wire in my area, with Post Ref. J-98 / B09-73, Carissa Homes Ph. 1, Bagtas, Tanza, Cavite, for the protection of our construction workers in our expansion for 2nd floor.
