Review Poor service of staff

I rarely send parcel via lbc sm san lazaro because of previous experienced from its staff. Masyado mabagal, mas madalas inuuna kwentuhan then petiks lang sa pag pricess. It so happen minsan asa vicinity nako kaya wala ako choice kundi dito pumunta. As always same routine ganun lagi inaabot ko. And theres this one person nag iwan din ng review fr this branch we had the same experince theres this particular staff matagal na sya don kaya siguro masyado na sya matapang. This short girl na dark complexion, well i think eto un tinutukoy nya. Kahit ganu kadami amg transactions sa inyo never argue with the customer. Sana ma memo sila specially this specific staff. Nakaka inis ang branch nato nahahawa mgabstaff sa knya
