THIS IS MOST URGENT
The phone number given on the notice does not connect - always busy. I tried for three long hours but in vain. I went on the internet and the two numbers mentioned 428 1234 and ******** are not yet in service. Why does not Meralco update information on the internet. I was submitted with a notice that I quite do not understand. I have been accused of using electricity after a disconnection but there was never a physical disconnection and the meter is away from my house so in my condition being a senior I do not go out to check meters. Other than that my last bill was already paid and what is remaining is a balance of the pandemic times which I am paying on installments. I have written several emails to Meralco but all I get is that someone will get back to me and no one does. kindly CONSIDER THIS AS MOST URGENT. ALL OF US IN THE FAMILY ARE JOBLESS SO I HAD ASKED TO PAY ON INSTALLMENTS. PLEASE RESPOND ASAP.
