Shitty after sales service. You cannot even contact them with the number listed on yellow page. All the web numbers are not working ... as if they dont exist here. It is better to buy other brand where after-sales will be just easy and worry -free. During this pandemic, all we want should be at the tip of our fingers and that is NOT what YORK is about. I regret the moment when I bought my Yourk AC.
