Review TRANSCRIPT IF RECORDS STILL ON PROCESS FOR 2 YEARS

Hello! I want to ask please if it is your office who process Transcripts of Records of all your branches nationwide? I studied at Saint Agustine school of nursing Lapaz Iloilo. I requested my Transcript of Records since the year 2020. They gave us 2 months for everything to be processed, and it's now 2 YEARS we haven't received anything yet, despite calling and sending them messages multiple times but to no avail. Please help us, as all other students have the same problem nothing has been solved yet. If we are left with no other choice we will fill a complaint at CHED and the Mayor's office of Iloilo City. Waiting for your immediate response. Thank you!
