Review Your bread is stale

I bought 8 pcs ensaimada today because that’s the only food the body can tolerate when I am sick but unfortunately after tasting the bread it was stale!!!(luma)
And I called the store to complain about it but their giving me this bullshit that it was freshly delivered to them
I ate this more than 100 times and I know what is fresh and not very disappointed
The staff didn’t bother to apologize reasoning out the the bread is fresh how can a freshly baked bread can be so tough
I lost my appetite
I am very disappointed
The bread is not even fluffy as advertised
