Before buying any Megaworld property, please visit what they have done in Parkview, securities and administration.

They are delivering their building in a very poor situation. Hallways tiles is bulging up, wall finished is uneven, ceilings are open and each floor numbering is not complete 80% as of January 27, 2013.

If you will call their operation department in Makati, they will tell you that their building administration accepted them from their QA. Does it mean that the accountability is out of their hand, knowing it is not complete and in sub par condition? This is not to mention that the delivery of their products reached 2 years.
