We are updated in our monthly payments even in times when your services go off unexplained for several weeks. Needless to say, we are charged even on several weeks that we have no cable channels for reasons only known to you. This month we got the worst nightmare ever. Our connection was cut without notice and despite the fact that we are religiously paying our monthly bills. On top of it all, the phone number provided in your company profile seems to be busy 24/7. I had the worst experience with you so far. I wonder if you even have the idea how much your customers are annoyed with your very lousy and incompetent service.
