Review of REGENT PASIG WELLNESS Corp.

Terrible customer service. I called at 12:18 to inquire if they were open and if they accepted walk in clients. Jovy said its ok but just the same I told her I would be there in about 20 minutes. Upon arrival, a guy tells me they are still closed and when I told him I talked to Jovy he calls her. When Jovy calls Che to assist me I asked if they were ready and she says they open at 1 pm and they were not ready. I said I'll go then and she validated my parking ticket. Maybe this spa should not give their number if the people who answer cannot give the service they promised. Really terrible experience. I don't know why they bother to advertise so nicely.
