Their Specialty is Pansit Lucban or the Pansit Habhab -a native dish pansit guisado version of Lucban, Quezon. Sauteed miki Lucban with pork meat, liver and squid balls. Sayote and Carrots is a must vegetable ingredients. What makes this dish unique is the way it is eaten. It is placed in a banana leaf and eaten straight to your mouth without using any utensil. It is best when drizzled with vinegar.
