My mother always collect my world remittance in bulacao branch. Recently there’s something wrong with the transaction. My mother end up going there 4 times. And the teller ( a guy) doesn’t even helpful at all. He won’t explain what’s going on. He always says he can’t find the code in their system. But when my mother went to different brach, she was told that world remit experiencing error and my mother happy to go back again another day. Obviously I only passed the message what the customer service rep told me and relay to my mother. It’s very frustrating. My poor mother won’t complain but I won’t let anyone treat my mother like that. He should not be in the customer service if he doesn’t have one.
