Abby Binay - Philippines

Representative Mar-Len Abigail S. Binay learned public service as a firsthand experience. As a child, she witnessed how Makati transformed from being a debt-ridden city into the financial center of the Philippines.She first finished Human Ecology at the University of the Philippines Los Bańos before pursuing Law at the Ateneo de Manila University. After passing the Bar exams, Rep. Abby immediately applied her legal knowledge to defend the underprivileged, a trait she shares with her beloved father Mayor Jejomar Binay of Makati City.
