Happy Hearts Child Development Center started as a vision of its founders Ernesto Medalle Padayhag and Milagros Enerio Lambatan Padayhag, to establish a school where learning is fun. Started in 2006 with classes for Nursery/Toddler and Kindergarten, it is expanding yearly with additional classes for Elementary.
