Greenwich Pizza - Cebu City, Cebu (SM Cebu) - Philippines

I came here because I had to give my feedback regarding OUR experience in this particular store GREENWICH PIZZA SM, CEBU. We dine yesterday May, 27, 2012. My friend and I ordered overload meals. That was only 2 orders but can you believe how long that took?! 1 hour!! We thought it was the lasagna that delayed our orders but some who came after us and had the same food already had their meals and left before we got ours! Unbelievable!! What's worst? Our meal came COLD! We waited for an hour and our meal came cold?? It was like cooked several hours ago! Didn't we deserve a consolation for waiting so long?? Oh, we didn't even get an apology! Damn. Most of the service crews were unbelievable. They were like robots simply confirming with their heads and not even stopping to acknowledge that two customers were hungry and have been waiting an hour long already!! I bet they're used to customers complaining! That was the worst experience. Many people are experiencing the same but maybe are just too lazy to give feedback but they messed with the wrong person this time! The waiting time was just UNACCEPTABLE and I'll give my feedback whenever and to whoever when it comes to this store!!!
