IGMAAN, means "a place to have lunch" comes from igma which simply means lunch in "Karay-a" a dialect of ILOILO a province in the western central part of the Philippines. Igmaan, a "paluto" restaurant managed by the new breed of ilonggo entrepeneurs give a new twist to the old "paluto" way while keeping all the rich taste and delectable flavor fresh seafood selected from the nearby "palengke" (market).
