At OUTBACK, the walls are festooned with boomerangs, Aboriginal art prints, travel posters, kangaroos, Wallabies and koalas; images evocative of the great Australian OUTBACK. The concept of the restaurant was inspired by the hit movie, Crocodile Dundee.
