Philpost - Kalibo Post Office - Philippines

This post office never answers the provided phone number. It is impossible to get in touch. Terribly annoying.

Sana po ayusin nyo serbisyo nyo. Naghulog ako ng importanting document ko with tracking number! Ang traking number nyo hindi nag wo- work useless! Nagbayad ako ng mahal para matrack ko ang pinadala ko pero palpak! Sabihin nyo pa na balikbalikan nalang sa office nyo para tanungin kong natangap na! Kapa sa ibang magpadala ng importanting document wag kayong magpadala sa PHlPOST walang kasiguraduhan.

I sent a package from Taiwan to Boracay on November 22, but till now,the package still not get there yet, I feel very sad because it is a Christmas present for my lover, but I do not know where this package is now. Good morning mam/sir. I would like to ask kung magkano po ang postal I'd sa kalibo aklan at kung ilang days po ba talaga bago makuha. I did some research and I saw different costs,370,350,150,100,200. In one of the sites that I visited, it says that for regular it costs 100 and will take 5 to 10 days to release after the application day but if you want the rush which costs 200,it'll only take 2 to 3 days.Im here in manila and I was confused even more when my mom called me and told that it will take 20 days to release!!! If that's the way it is, kasingtagal na din pala ngaun ng mga kinuha Kong passport and seamans book here in manila ang postal I'd??!! I think it's not fair for the aklanons. Here in manila you can have postal I'd in just one day.

also is it true na naubusan ng card sa ibajay aklan ang post office kaya di na cla nagprocess ng postal id?
