Please improve your service

Ilang beses na po akong tumatawag sa dalawang line nila laging recorded voicemail lang tas wala pong sumasagot. Overseas call pa naman po. Sana po agad naman sumagot ng telephone para pi di naghihintay ang mga tao. Kung hindi lang naman po importante di naman tatawag sa inyo eh. Please paki improve po ang serbisyo nyo. Salamat
