Sun cellular southmall, your service is so poor, you told me last july 9 that my sun sim would be activated within 24 hours and now it's already july 11,i have called your hotline number and complain about this for 4 times now, they said your branch is not responding to their report. How can i cut my 699 plan account ,im not longer uses it its been cut december internet is not working anymore but still it has monthly bill why is that how can i permanently cut it hence im no longer in philippines..
