Bok Shoes - Dagupan, Philippines

My wife purchased a pair of casual shoes for me at their store in Baguio. Although she got the correct size it was impossible for me to put them on as the mouth was too small. Went back to store and asked to try larger size but they were out of stock. Looked at alternatives but same problem Told assistant we didn't mind waiting for a new shipment and would take a store credit. Was told that they don't do refunds nor store credits so basically we were out of luck. This says a lot about the integrity of the store and probably explains the very poor customer service. Their products are inexpensive so I guess they will continue to get business - but not from me!
