I recently bought a basketball from them at their Festival Mall store. I bought the Molten GL7 basketball. Supposed to be the top-of-the line Molten basketball worth Php 3500. I am very dissatisfied with the product they sold me as it had imperfections even though it was very expensive. It had two bumps. And it loses air a bit faster than every ball I've ever had. They wouldn't agree to replace the product citing the reason that it was already used although I didn't notice the imperfections until I spent some time with it. As for the ball losing air, it was kindly explained to me that basically I was imagining things in order to have something to complain about. And they told me that they could not do anything about it because their supplier refused to replace it. If a customer has problems with a product, doesn't the responsibilty of redress lie solely on the seller? Never buying from these guys ever again. Gonna file a complaint soon with DTI to try to get my hard-earned money back.
