A nightmare while I'm wide-awake.
A nightmare while I'm wide-awake. Family room 211 is the worst room ever had in my check-in history.
1. Sink is very dirty with dried up booger.
2. There are couple of used cotton buds which i can say been there for ages.
3. Fridge is storage of rags as hard as chamois.
4. Coffee table is with dried up spilled coffee and other liquids as the supposed stainless make is now corroding. Sticky.
5. Sink faucet is defective and its rusty all over.
6. Shower is rusty as well, literally, the water coming out is golden due to rust.
7. Toilet bowl is not flushing.
8. Dead cockroaches are everywhere.
9. Our siopao was attacked immediately by tiny roaches.
10. Flickering light nonstop
Complained to the front desk, we were transferred to their Mabini branch (102), we were advised that its better VIP place compared to room 211, but its worse (and no refund). Either management or Santiago City's Sanitation office is not doing their job.
1. Checked toilet's faucet, clear water so far, but there's a smell overpowering the sprayed air freshener, it smells like mire.
2. Checked the toilet bowl, it's so GROSS, black liquid comes out with worms when I tried to flush To test if its working. The mire-smell is now stronger. And that confirms it's not working. Saw sanitary napkin, trashes, underwear soaked in the toilet bowl water reservoir.
3. Flushing it using the available pail and dipper makes it worst, as the supposed drain holes, (one on the shower area, and another under the sink), spouting what i have poured into the toilet bowl. Bringing out more black worms, and the smelly mire. I puke.
4. Complained again at the front desk but the chubby girl defended that its because their water system is supplied from a deep well. It doesn't make sense.
5. No apologies heard.
6. In a dialect, ( gun-guna da, nakarek reklamo da ngamin, paimportante)
7. Translates as "that's their reward, they complained too much, going VIP.
8. With my son already asleep as its already 10pm, and its raining heavily.
9. Just shut the BACTERIA-infested toilet with broken door, to keep the mire smell.
10. Left the dirtiest lodge asap.
11. I have to put 1 star as the 'Post' option is disabled if not rated.
