FL Vargas College - Philippines

The FL VARGAS COLLEGE – COLLEGE OF NURSING (FLVC – CN) was approved on May, 2003.The school was conceived by its founding chair, HON. FLORENCIO L.VARGAS, in answer to the demand of health care providers abroad and to ease the financial burden of parents of far north of Cagayan in sending their children to Manila and other centers of nursing education. He saw the compelling need for a learning institution that addresses the need for highly competent and globally competitive professional nurses.
