The first Dale Carnegie Course in the Philippines was launched in 1952 as a Manila Jaycees Project for the benefit of its members and the community. The Vice-President of Dale Carnegie & Associates, Mr. John Spindler, was detailed from New York to teach the first four classes of the Dale Carnegie Course here.
