Basically the owners of Value PC wasn’t into the computer business but needed a lot of computers to expand their core business. But since the new computers are really beyond “affordable”, the owners decided to just buy used computers and other office equipments. Unfortunately, during those times only a few companies are dealing with used computers. In fact, there was only one company (in Pasig) at that time doing this stuff and it was quite a frustrating ordeal since most of the items being sold were almost considered junk and “Salvaged items”.
