What is now Paz Reyes-Cuerva Bakeshop was once just a hobby of Paz Reyes-Cuerva, then a housewife and stay-at-home mom of three young boys in the late 50's. Paz, or Pacita, as she was called by those close to her, loved working in the kitchen and this was obvious in the delectable delights that came out of it. She also loved to share her culinary creations with friends and family and her greatest thrill was to hear that people enjoyed her baked goodies. Slowly, her “customer” base widened to include friends of family and friends of friends.
