I have missing cargo for 5 months already
I have 3 cargo boxes from Doha 2 small and 1 big box. It was shipped from Doha March and we got the 2 small boxes June already. Tried calling them almost everyday to follow up and they will tell you they are not responsible because they are just receivers. They don’t update customers too. THE BIG BOX has more valuables inside and yet its nowhere to be found.

Not so happy about the service.i
I track my box #, unfortunately,they dont indicate the progress of the box. I tried to email and ask where my box are and they say, its already schedule to deliver on that day. But 2 days after, no box. Such a disappointment.

Hello gud pm po. Ask ko lang po kung bakit wala pa ung box ko. Kahapon nagtext saken nadarating na pero hnggang ngaun wala pa po. Tinatawagan ko ung no. Na pinangtext saken unaattended nmn po. Fro. Korea to philippines malabon po.
