Worst service in St Peter Tagbilaran Bohol Branch
With all due respect to the Management of St. Peter Life Insurance and Funeral Plan. I am an OFW on vacation and went to your kind office in Tagbilaran Bohol Branch and received the worst(I should say) service i ever encountered so far. I am working for Norwegian Cruise Lline as Guest Service Day shift supervisor and how your staff treated people as soon as they enter your office is very disapppinting. To start with, my family has 4 accounts with you for the Funeral Service Package including my parents and my sister. I went to you office to ask for a print out of my contributions as I will be finishing my payments by 2021. As I stepped in, the lady im the first door told me: "Just approach anyone that is available. I went to this ladywho was at that time (3:30pm) eating banana while texting. I approached her kindly for my request, she did not bother to even look at me. After maybe 20seconds,she then said: "Unsay imuha?, in english, What do you need? No courtesy,no greeting. I told her i would like to have a copy of my contributions. She asked me, where did you open your account?(looking very disinterested to assist me) I told her: "with you, here in Tagbilaran Branch". After which she kept eating the banana in front of me,them her colleagues interrupted her with some facebook updates and chit chats etc..then she said the system is slow ,we need to restart. After she said that, she did not restartef the computer right away and she kept talking with her insensitive colleagues about news, facebook etc.. Then I asked, Miss, is there anyway to check my contributions online? She plainly said:"NONE", then i continued to ask to interrupt them, are you checking my contributions? She looked disturbed and a little upset raising her voice a little bit saying: " Our system is down maam,we need to restart oir computer" (but never restarted it right away).. She did not even noticed the sense or urgency, that it wa time-consumming and note that there waa no one else in the office but myself and one lady trying to open an account and there were at least 5-6 staffs. When she finally realized that i was already uneasy, she asked her colleague if there computers are working. One lady second table from the entrance received my form. She checked and waa able to pull-up my records. But with lack of respect, she handed to me the printout without saying a word. I continued to say, i still have 2 more accounts for my parents contribution. She grabbed without saying anything and after a few minutes gave it back to me without saying anything. I left the office at 4:00pm just askimg for a print out of my contribution and my parents as well. What a poor service. For your customer to religiously pay monthly contributions and if we are the ones asking for your service, this is the kind of service you provide. Lack of supervision, lack of customer service training, doing non-work related things and eating in front of your customers while texting. I am extremely disappointed. Rest assured that i might not refer this Funeral service to my fellow-OFW seafarers nor relatives, unless due action will be taken.
